A toast to Normal for 2010:
May Uptown continue to take shape and thrive!
May residents be involved in and supportive of town efforts!
May the weather be unexciting!
May crimes and accidents be few!
May town staff and elected leaders continue their dedication and hard work!
May developers respect community values that aren't aimed at making money!
May the trees stay healthy, the squirrels stay alert, and the bicyclists remain upright!
And may all of the students start or continue their education with enthusiasm!
